Job Description

As an experienced professional with over 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for delivering successful implementations and support in a consulting environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading projects by handling requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. - Conducting configuration and troubleshooting of costing rules and processes. - Analyzing business needs and requirements, providing recommendations for improvements and optimizations. - Developing and maintaining project documentation such as functional specifications, test plans, and user guides. - Conducting training sessions for clients and offering ongoing support to ensure their success. - Applying your knowledge of system functionalities and industry best practices to deliver innovative solutions to clients. To excel in this role, you must possess: - Strong knowledge of HR processes. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members. - A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
