We are looking for a Payroll Subject Matter Expert who has in-depth knowledge of Functional Payroll

Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) includes a dedicated module for India that supports country-specific features, functions, and compliance with local statutory requirements. Key features include:

• Integration:

  It's part of the complete Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, unifying HR, absence, compensation, and payroll.

• Localization:

  Specifically configured for Indian regulations, managing components like Salary, Deductions (TDS), Employer Contributions (EPF, ESI), and statutory reporting.

• Setup:

  Requires setting up Global HR, defining Payroll Statutory Units (legal entities for payroll tax/social insurance), and configuring payroll details.

• Process:

  Involves running specific payroll flows (Calculate Payroll, Calculate Prepayments) and reporting tools to process payments and maintain compliance.

• Core Concepts:

  Uses Payroll Relationships to link employee data (salary, payments) to the payroll system.
