Role Overview

Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Lead and participate in
end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects
.
Conduct
requirement workshops
with business stakeholders to capture and analyze HR processes.
Map
as-is and to-be processes
to Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
Prepare and review
functional design specification (FDS) documents
.
Configure and test
Oracle HCM Cloud modules
(based on area of expertise).
Design and support
complex enhancements, integrations, and reports
.
Collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams
across small and large project setups.
Provide subject matter expertise throughout the
full project lifecycle
requirement gathering, design, build, testing, deployment, and support.
Ensure compliance with business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions within timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

68 years
of overall functional consulting experience, with strong expertise in
Oracle HCM Cloud
.
SME in at least one HCM module:
Payroll, Benefits, Time & Absence, or Talent & Learning
.
Strong understanding of
HR business processes
and their alignment with Oracle HCM Cloud.
Hands-on experience in
end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
.
Ability to create and review
functional design documents
and manage configuration scenarios.
Good knowledge of
integrations, reports, and enhancements
in HCM Cloud.
Excellent
client-facing, communication, and documentation
skills.
Experience in both
small and large team environments
.
