Job Description

Oracle Cloud HCM Consultants (Recruitment | Learning | Talent/Performance | Payroll UK | Helpdesk)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations across respective modules.
Configure, test, and deploy functionalities in Recruitment, Learning, Talent/Performance, Payroll (UK), and HR Helpdesk.
Collaborate with HR/business stakeholders to optimize processes and ensure compliance (UK statutory, HMRC, HR service delivery).
Provide post-go-live support, knowledge transfer, and training to client teams.

Requirements:

3–4 end-to-end implementations in the primary HCM module (Recruitment / Learning / Talent & Performance / Payroll (UK) / Helpdesk).
At least 2 implementations in secondary HCM modules.
Strong hands-on experience in functional configuration, reporting, and process optimization.
UK project exposure highly desirable.
