Job Responsibilities :
1. Collaborate with business users, HR, and technical teams for integration, data conversion, and testing. 2. Document functional and technical configurations, Fast Formulas, and test cases. Required Skills: 1. 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically in: UK Payroll, UK legislative Absences, Fast formula. 2. Strong understanding of UK statutory payroll processes, tax laws, and statutory leave policies. 3. Proficient in creating and debugging Fast Formulas for payroll calculations, absence entitlements, and validations. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
