Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand business requirements, ensuring alignment with Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities.
• Configure and implement HCM Cloud modules, primarily focusing on UK Absence Management and Core HR.
• Develop Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and support technical teams in solution realization.
• Perform system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Support clients throughout the project lifecycle from design and configuration to post-go-live stabilization.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence).
• Participate in release management activities, including regression testing for new HCM Cloud updates.
• Provide knowledge transfer, end-user training, and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure seamless system integrations.
  

Required Skills And Experience

• 79 years of overall experience, with at least 4+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Proven hands-on experience in UK Absence Management configuration and support.
• Strong knowledge of Core HR, and exposure to Recruiting, Onboarding, and Security modules.
• Experience in functional design, testing, and system configuration.
• Familiarity with OTBI reporting, release management, and regression testing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and client engagement abilities.
