Role Overview: As a Deloitte Oracle Project Portfolio Management Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping clients delineate strategy and vision, design and implement processes and systems aligned with business objectives to drive growth. You will be part of a team that transforms the business landscape for clients, focusing on improving business performance, shareholder value, operational effectiveness, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, write, and manage business requirements. - Contribute to functional and technical design, prototyping, and process design stages of Oracle Cloud implementations, including scenario design and flow mapping. - Support configurations, customization, reports, interfaces, testing, and user training. Qualifications Required: - Functional implementation experience on 1+ full lifecycle Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) implementation. - 2+ years' total Oracle implementation experience. - Experience in defining systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, functional configuration, testing, and client user training. - Ability to travel 50% on average, based on project requirements. - Bachelor's degree. Qualifications Preferred: - Full life-cycle implementation experience in Oracle Cloud Order Management & GOP, Procurement, Material Management, Manufacturing, Sales, and Service. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple task assignments, and strong oral and written communication skills. - Proficiency in presentation tools such as MS Visio and MS PowerPoint. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with mature judgment. - Advanced degree in the area of specialization.
