Senior Consultant | Sourcing & procurement

Job Description You will be responsible for owning and managing the delivery of Procurement activities on a day-to-day basis. This includes reviewing and approving transactions as required by process workflows, monitoring volumes and key metrics to track performance against SLA/KPIs, and regularly reviewing process documentation such as SOPs, process maps, and desktop procedures to ensure updates are made with any process changes. Additionally, you will lead the resolution of risks/issues and report to the Procurement Tower Lead periodically on escalations required. Key Responsibilities - Own and manage the delivery of Procurement activities on a daily basis - Review and approve transactions following process workflows - Monitor volumes and key metrics to track performance against SLA/KPIs - Regularly review process documentation and ensure updates are made with any process changes - Lead the resolution of risks/issues and report to the Procurement Tower Lead on escalations required Qualifications Required - B.Com/BBA/BMS or similar three-year graduate course - M.Com/CA Inter/CA/ICWA/MBA with applicable relaxation on years of experience Additional Company Details The company emphasizes promoting process excellence around end-to-end Procurement processes, driving process standardization, and leading improvements/transformation projects. Furthermore, you will support the Procurement Tower Lead in driving change management for transformational initiatives and ensure the review of process performance with relevant stakeholders.
