•7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
•Good understanding of Oracle SaaS modules and their integration touchpoints•Exposure to REST/SOAP web services, XML, JSON and other Saas and PaaS adapters available in OIC•Support and execute FBDI (File-Based Data Import) upload processes and related data transformation requirements•Monitor integrations and manage fault handling and resolution in a timely manner•Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements to existing solutions•Identify and fix defects, perform RCA and ensure long-term resolution•Deploy changes across development, test and production environments following standard processes.Maintain documentation for technical designs and support proceduresResponsibilities:Design and develop the integrations , Root cause analysis of the problems and come up with the solutionsDevelop SaaS extensions to enhance Oracle Cloud ERP functionality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutionsProvide support and troubleshooting for deployed applications.
