About the Role

We are looking for a driven, curious, and outcome-oriented Associate Consultant to join our Oracle Cloud consulting team. This is a great role for someone who wants hands-on exposure to real implementations, fast learning, and the opportunity to grow into a full consultant role in a short time.

What You’ll Do

• Support Implementation Projects: Work closely with senior consultants to implement Oracle Cloud modules — system configuration, testing, data validation, and solution deployment.

• Requirement Gathering: Participate in client discussions to understand business needs and translate them into functional/technical requirements.

• Troubleshooting & Support: Assist in resolving issues during and post-implementation phases.

• Documentation: Create & maintain configuration guides, test scripts, training material, and process flows.

• Client Training: Support delivery of user training sessions and help clients adopt new system capabilities.

• Continuous Learning: Stay tuned into Oracle Cloud updates, certifications, and product advancements — we will support your learning and certifications.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

• 0–2 years of experience with Oracle Cloud (internships / project experience counts).

• Understanding of either Oracle Cloud HCM / ERP / SCM concepts is a plus.

• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills IS A MUST.

• Confident communicator who is willing to ask questions, learn, and take ownership.

• Ability to work in an outcome-driven and fast-paced environment.
