• Should have 10+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Administration, with strong expertise in R12.2 on Oracle 19c RAC databases and Fusion Middleware components (OAM, OID, OTM, Demantra, ECC).
• Hands-on experience in EBS upgrades to the latest versions and database upgrades to 19c, including performance tuning and optimization of large databases (in terabytes).
• Strong proficiency in ADOP (Online Patching), Deployment, and Release Management across multiple environments.
• Experience in managing RAC databases, cloning, backup & recovery, and database performance tuning for high-availability systems.
• Good understanding of Fusion Middleware Suite, DMZ architecture, and integration through SOAP/REST web services.
• Responsible for database administration support in production and pre-production environments, including proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and on-call support.
• Accountable for change management processes, patch evaluation, maintenance coordination, and deployment of approved fixes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills with the ability to work independently in a global, distributed team.
