· Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
· Proficiency in using ophthalmic diagnostic instruments
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong commitment to patient-centered care
· Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team
· Eagerness to learn and stay updated with developments in eye care
· Perform visual acuity tests, refraction, and basic diagnostic procedures
· Screen patients for common eye conditions and identify those needing referral
· Counsel patients on treatment options and surgical procedures
· Maintain patient records and ensure smooth workflow at the Vision Centre
· Coordinate with the base hospital for referrals and reporting
· Participate in outreach and awareness activities in the local community
