Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Optical Sales professional located in Delhi, India. The Optical Sales professional will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting customers in selecting the best lenses and frames, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales transactions, managing inventory, arranging product displays, and training staff on product knowledge and customer service techniques. The role also involves maintaining sales records, analyzing sales data, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and ability in managing sales transactions
• Experience in Sales Management and Training staff on product knowledge and service
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Familiarity with optical products and latest eyewear trends is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
