Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end operations of
1012 QSR outlets
(Wow! Momo & Wow! China) across Gujarat.
Ensure adherence to
SOPs, hygiene, food safety, and quality standards
.
Drive
P&L, revenue growth, cost optimization, and operational efficiency
.
Monitor daily sales, performance reports, and implement action plans for improvement.
Lead, mentor, and motivate
Restaurant Managers & store teams
to achieve business goals.
Conduct
regular audits
to ensure compliance with company standards.
Manage
inventory, supply chain, and vendor coordination
for smooth operations.
Support City Head in
strategic planning, business reviews, and new store openings
.
Handle
customer service escalations
and ensure superior guest experience.
Train teams on
sales techniques, upselling, and customer engagement
.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate with 68 years of experience in the
QSR/F&B industry
.
Minimum 3–4 years as
Restaurant Manager/Area Manager
handling multiple outlets.
Strong skills in
P&L management, team leadership, customer service, and operations control
