Ops Leadership Role (Regional / National)

As an experienced Operations Leader in the residential interior projects domain, your role will involve overseeing the end-to-end execution of projects to ensure timely delivery, high-quality execution, and superior customer satisfaction. Your expertise in home interiors, construction, modular furniture, or related service sectors will be key in driving operations, team management, and process excellence. - Lead regional operations to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of interior projects - Take ownership of the customer experience throughout their journey - Manage project handover timelines, vendor coordination, workmanship quality, and customer satisfaction metrics - Build and lead teams comprising senior managers, project managers, and site supervisors - Collaborate with design, procurement, and warehouse teams for seamless project execution - Develop, monitor, and enhance SOPs to drive operational efficiency and scale delivery capacity - Work closely with leadership on process excellence, cost optimization, and customer success initiatives You should possess: - 8-12 years of operations experience, preferably in home interiors, real estate, construction, or related sectors - Leadership experience in operations in startups will be considered - Proven track record in scaling and managing large field teams and vendor networks - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-driven mindset - Ability to work in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments with a hands-on approach - Excellent communication and client-handling abilities Educational Qualifications: - Graduate in Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (preferred) - MBA or relevant management certification is a plus,
