Designation : Customer Service Executive

Location : Chinchpokli

Relevant experience required for Voice & Non-Voice process.

• Key Deliverables / Accountabilities

1. Resolving the client queries within the defined timeframe.

2. To resolve customer queries over phone and/or email

3. Strong verbal and written communication skills which includes (Fluency & Coherence, Grammatical ability,

Pronunciation & Interactive Communication)

4. Basic Computer knowledge is required.

Essential Educational, Experience Qualification & Compensation

• Qualification Needed: Graduation / Post Graduation (Relevant experience and suitable qualification will be preferred)

• Relevant and team handling experience: 4 to 8years

• Upto 35 year
