Key Responsibilities: - Analyzing the current operating model, especially for manufacturing clients - Creating a vision for the manufacturing organization aligned with overall business strategy - Designing and implementing frameworks to measure and manage the selected operating model - Driving operational excellence to enhance client performance and supply chain stability - Designing and implementing EY Smart factory solutions - Implementing measures to improve resource utilization and customer satisfaction: OEE, lot size adjustments, SMED, Predictive Maintenance, TPM, 5S, 7QC Tools - Hands-on experience with shop-floor processes and ability to interact with shopfloor personnel to understand and implement various systems - Leading digital transformation projects for manufacturing processes - Understanding systems like Agile, MES, ERP, QMS - Assisting in digital shop floor transformation and implementing modern technology solutions - Strong analytical skills to handle structured and unstructured data and derive meaningful insights - Building an industry-focused practice across EY GDS service lines - Identifying opportunities and leading unique solutions to unstructured problems - Engaging with CXOs to present solutions effectively Requisite Core Skills: - Strong leadership and project management skills - Street smart and self-motivated - Strong team player with innovative mindset - Core consulting skills including analytical abilities, research, and presentation skills - Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0, Digital Transformation - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Attention to detail and track record of executing high-impact initiatives Qualifications, Experience, Requirements: - Academic qualification: MBA from IIMC PGPEX VLM, NITIE or Tier I colleges (preferably in Operations Management) - Work Experience: 6-10 Years in Manufacturing/OP-Ex/ Performance Improvement/maintenance - Willingness to travel internationally for short- or medium-term assignments 50% of the time About the Company: EY exists to build a better working world, creating long-term value for clients, people, and society while building trust in the capital markets.
