Opex Procurement Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesSource, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for operational procurement categories such as office supplies, facility services, IT infrastructure, utility services, and AMC contracts. Raise purchase orders, manage delivery schedules, and handle supply issues or discrepancies. Collaborate with internal departments (Admin, IT, Facilities) to understand and fulfill procurement needs efficiently. Monitor budget adherence and explore cost-saving opportunities across operational expense categories. Maintain accurate documentation of procurement records, contracts, and related reports for compliance and audits. Foster long-term relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure reliability and service quality. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. 1–2 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on Opex categories (facilities, IT, utilities, admin services). Strong vendor management and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and working knowledge of ERP or procurement systems.
