Identifying potential vendors, issuing requests for quotations (RFQs), evaluating bids, and negotiating favorable terms for Opex and Service purchases.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Creating and processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and managing the entire procurement lifecycle.
Identifying opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and optimize spending on Opex items.
Ensuring that procurement activities stay within allocated budgets and financial guidelines.
Working closely with various internal teams to understand their procurement needs and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Adhering to company procurement policies, legal requirements, and relevant regulations.
Maintaining accurate procurement records, contracts, and reports for audit and compliance purposes.
