Job Description

Job Purpose

Responsible for the overall operations for the assigned Clients. Provide guidance, training and support to ensure that site team are carrying out their responsibilities in a manner consistent with high-quality services. Provide excellent customer service to the clients at all times.

Key Duties

· Responsible for the overall operations across clients ensuring the services delivered are in accordance with service agreement, SOW, company and client policies, procedures, and standards.

· Ensure 100% uptime of critical equipment & compliance to Preventive Maintenance through the site teams.

· Ensure all ISO / EHS related documents are available at all the sites.

· Develop and maintain annual operating budget and provide reports upon request.

· Undertake assignments that may arise from time to time at the direction of the Management team.

· Prepare the Management Monthly Report for the assigned clients.

· Implementation of initiatives to improve operational efficiencies in facility.

· To review the maintenance activities e.g., Deep cleaning, pest control, Equipment servicing etc., on weekends.

· Monitor vendor performances ensuring that Service Level Agreements are met, and Key Performance Indicators are aligned or exceed with agreed practices and contractual requirements.

· Undertake site inspections on a regular basis to identify building issues and ensure timely closure.

· Provide attendance for invoice processing and ensure the timely submission of invoice to the clients.

· Explore opportunities for additional business within the site and outside.

Professional Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s/Professional degree and relevant qualification.

· Relevant experience in Integrated Facilities Management.

· Experienced in client and team relationship management.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Strong ability to multi-task, lead and manage multiple teams.

· 10+ years of experience in Integrated Facilities Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
