Job Description:

As the Operations Team Leader at The Indus Valley, you will assume a critical role in

overseeing and managing the diverse facets of our daily operations.Your leadership will

be instrumental in ensuring smooth and efficient operations in both our e-commerce

and offline sales channels, working closely with the Operations Manager to drive the

company's ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Processing Excellence:

offline sales channels are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

2.Inventory Management:

procurement and logistics teams to meet customer demand while minimizing excess

inventory.

3. Fulfillment Strategies:

e-commerce and physical store operations, to meet customer expectations.

4. Multi-Channel Coordination:

operations across various sales channels, bridging the gap between online and offline

sales.

5. Quality Control:

products meet the highest standards before reaching customers.

6.Team Leadership:

excellence, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and capabilities.

7. Performance Metrics:

8.Supply Chain Optimization:
