Job Description: As a Sales Executive at our company, you will be responsible for greeting clients, inquirers, and business associates. You will be expected to communicate with potential or existing customers through calls, emails, and messages to inform them about our products or services using our database. Additionally, you will need to answer any questions about our products or the company, ask relevant questions to understand customer requirements, and effectively close sales. It will also be part of your role to enter and update customer information in our company software, maintain records of calls and sales, and note down any useful information to enhance customer interactions. Your goal will be to increase walk-ins at our branch. Key Responsibilities: - Greeting clients, inquirers, and business associates - Communicating with potential or existing customers through calls, emails, and messages - Answering questions about products or the company - Asking questions to understand customer requirements and closing sales - Entering and updating customer information in the company software - Keeping records of calls and sales, and noting useful information - Increasing walk-ins at the branch Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any field will be an added advantage - Working knowledge of emails - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM - Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., printer, scanner, landline phones) - Professional attitude and decent appearance - Solid written and verbal communication skills - Ability to be resourceful and proactive when required - Excellent organizational skills - Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks - Customer service attitude - Additional certification in Office Management would be an added advantage (Note: Benefits such as an attractive salary package, performance incentives, and provided training are also included in this job opportunity.)
