Operations Support Specialist

As an Operations Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical, administrative, and operational support to ensure smooth business operations. Your key duties will include troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining systems and processes, managing daily operations such as scheduling and logistics, coordinating with different departments, and implementing operational policies and improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and troubleshoot operational issues. - Monitor and maintain system performance, including hardware and software. - Manage daily operational procedures like scheduling, logistics, and inventory control. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of operations. - Generate and analyze reports to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements. - Implement new operational policies and ensure compliance with regulations. - Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings and maintaining records. - Assist in project management and special operational projects. - Train staff and support change management processes.
