Location: Chennai
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Timing: UK shift 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm ( two saturday in a month compulsory working )
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Customer Support & Data Entry Executive to support our daily operational tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, good Excel knowledge, and the ability to maintain records accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in an organised manner
• Work on Excel (SUM, IF, filters, sorting; VLOOKUP/Pivot is an advantage)
• Prepare and update documents, files, and internal trackers
• Handle basic email communication with clarity and professionalism
• Support daily administrative tasks and follow instructions carefully
• Provide regular updates without reminders
• Coordinate with the team and respond to queries on time

Key Skills Required

• Fast & accurate typing with strong attention to detail
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Clear written English; professional email writing skills
• Ability to organise files, upload records, and maintain trackers
• Reliable, proactive, and able to support daily tasks consistently

Qualifications

• Any degree ( suitable )
• 2+ years of experience
