As an Operations Support Specialist at Ericsson, your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of operational activities within local operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring operational readiness for process activities within the Field Services organization. - Monitoring and providing quality assessment of third-party performance, cost, and safety. - Overseeing alterations in the delivery mix of Field Service Operations (FSO) and Approved Supplier Process (ASP) services. - Reporting on the operational performance and implementing measures to enhance the service. - Managing transitions and transformations during organizational changes. - Providing quotations for new pre-sales or add-on sales opportunities.
