Join a team that takes pride in being the preferred logistics partner for over 4,000 companies worldwide. **Job Title:** Operations Supervisor- Bangalore **Overall Mission:** As an Operations Supervisor, your mission is to meet the expectations and needs of customers and clients by improving performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. **Main Contribution:** - Manage the entire Branch office for the respective location. - Ensure branch development and client relationship management. - Monitor all types of temperature control logistics & time-sensitive shipments. - Cold chain management. - Follow up with clients, airlines & customs for the export & import of shipments. - Train and develop new employees as well as existing employees. - File training records into individual files as per ISO Documents. - Prepare job descriptions of existing and new positions in consultation with the HR Department. - Monitor Training Calendar provided by HR. - Regularly monitor staff, vehicles, freezer, fridge, cool room, DG, security & office Assistant. - Meet existing and new clients. - Monitor contracts of Pest control services and Fire Extinguisher services and maintain files and service reports for future records. - Identify & deliver operational cost reduction opportunities and ensure all project deadlines and targets are met. - Follow up with HO / clients / service providers. - Support functions for strong domestic networks & site coordination for clinical trials & pharma inventions. - Develop new agent network. - Manage a team of operations and drivers. - Approve the operational team shifts & leaves. - Monitor AMC of vendors and clients. - Assist sales team in preparing quotations. - Provide the holiday list according to customs to HR Department. - Handle internal audit individually. - Responsible for the operational department audit. Address all queries raised by the auditor. - Assist Station Manager during Internal/External audits & Maintain and Provide MIS Reports as instructed. **Experience & Education:** - Graduate in any stream with more than 5 years of working experience in the Pharma Logistics corporate sector. **Language:** - Proficiency in English, Hindi, or any other regional language will be an added advantage. **Specific Experience & Knowledge Required:** - Advanced skills in Excel. - Operational & geographical knowledge. - Knowledge of Customs & Airlines regulations. - Process Knowledge of Temperature control Shipment. - Understanding of Documentation required in Temperature control shipments. - MIS Report creation. **Interpersonal skills ("Essential"):** - Ability to communicate effectively via e-mail. - Strong leadership skills. - Analytical skills. - Good communication abilities. - Strong interpersonal skills.,
