Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Specialist - HRSS to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR operations functions, ensuring efficient processes, and providing assistance to employees and management regarding HR-related inquiries.

Responsibilities

Manage and streamline HR operations processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics for management.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
Strong understanding of HR processes and employment laws in India.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
