Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all airside operations, including aircraft movement coordination, ground handling activities, and apron management.
Ensure adherence to aviation safety standards and operational protocols to maintain a secure airside environment.
Monitor and optimize airside operational efficiency, minimizing delays and ensuring seamless aircraft turnaround.
Collaborate with ground handling teams to ensure timely and efficient baggage and cargo handling.
Implement and maintain best practices for airside safety, including hazard identification and risk mitigation.
Coordinate with air traffic control and other stakeholders to ensure smooth aircraft operations.
Develop and execute contingency plans for airside operations during emergencies or disruptions.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with operational standards and procedures.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance airside operational performance and efficiency.
Provide leadership and guidance to airside staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Aviation Management, Airport Operations, or a related field.
10–12 years of experience in airside operations management within a major airport or aviation entity.
Proven expertise in managing aircraft movements, ground handling activities, and airside safety protocols.
