Operations Sourcing and Procurment Manager

As a Procurement Specialist, your role will involve deep diving into the demand of the region/category to understand the type of consumer and their product requirements. You will be required to understand the competition's products & pricing in order to negotiate with new or existing suppliers/vendors effectively. Your key responsibilities will include onboarding vendors after conducting preliminary & thorough checks for quality services & competitive pricing. Additionally, you will be responsible for contract pricing with the vendors/suppliers and building market-fit products based on the compilation of services. It will be essential for you to maintain relationships and liaison with the vendors/suppliers to ensure a smooth quality process. Keeping timely checks on competition products & pricing to stay updated will also be a crucial part of your role.
