As an Operations Executive (SCM) at Thermo Heat Transfers Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing our operations. Thermo Heat Transfers is an ASME-certified company specializing in thermal energy storage tanks, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, process piping, and advanced analysis services (CFD & FEA). Here is what you can expect in this role: **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in production planning and execution to ensure timely delivery. - Monitor inventory levels, procurement, and supply chain activities. - Support quality control and compliance with industry standards. - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline processes. - Analyze operational data to improve efficiency and reduce costs. - Assist in process optimization, workflow improvements, and resource allocation. - Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines in all operations. - Support tendering activities related to operational requirements. **Qualifications Required:** - MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Knowledge of ERP systems (preferred but not mandatory). - Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and stakeholders. - Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced industrial environment.
