Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement advanced optimization models (linear, integer, and nonlinear).
Apply operations research methods such as simulation, heuristics, and metaheuristics to solve complex business problems.
Develop
high-performance algorithms using C programming
(strong expertise required).
Work with optimization solvers like
CPLEX
,
Gurobi
, or
COIN-OR
to build and test models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into mathematical formulations.
Analyze, benchmark, and continuously improve algorithmic efficiency and solution quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Operations Research
,
Applied Mathematics
,
Computer Science
, or a related field.
Strong experience in C programming
and
optimization techniques
is mandatory.
In-depth knowledge of
mathematical modeling
,
algorithm design
, and
operations research methods
.
Hands-on experience with optimization solvers such as

COIN-OR

Experience with
