Role Requirements

8+ years
of professional experience in
Operations Research
.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Operations Research
,
Applied Mathematics
,
Computer Science
,
Engineering
, or a related field.
Experience with
heuristic methods
and
algorithm development
.
8+ years
of relevant experience in
Machine Learning
&
Deep Learning
, including
Generative AI (GenAI)
.
Strong knowledge of
Mathematical and statistical concepts, optimization, data structures
.
Experience in
leading teams
and managing
end-to-end deliverables
.
Leadership abilities to
guide and mentor junior team members
.
Ability to
design and implement scalable and reliable models
for evaluation and deployment.
Proficiency in Python, & other OR tools like Ciplex etc.
Strong
analytical
and
communication skills
.
Ability to
interpret complex data sets
and derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Develop a strong understanding of
business and operational processes
within
CMA CGM Supply Chain
.
Design, develop, and deploy
simulation modules
to test and validate multiple scenarios and evaluate the impact of various
fulfillment strategies
.
Adopt
modular architecture
and apply
software engineering best practices
to enhance product performance and mentor team members.
Write
clean, efficient code
based on specifications.
Enhance and maintain the
simulation environment
to support testing and deployment of new features and custom user-defined scenarios.
Coordinate the
analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution
of issues in models and software.
