Position Overview

We are hiring for the position of Operations – Property Management to support our Australia-based property operations from our Gurugram office.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and prior experience in Real Estate, Administration, BPO and Operations

Role Details

• Position: Operations Property Management
• Location: On-site (Gurugram, Haryana)
• Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM IST (Aligned with Australian business hours)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000/month (based on experience)
• Experience Required: 1–3 years preferred
• Education: Minimum Graduate
• Mode of Work: Work from Office
• Cab Facility: Not provided
• Interviews: Virtual (Google Meet / Zoom)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update property data accurately across CRM systems
• Assist with property listing activities, marketing tasks, and documentation
• Coordinate with Australia-based teams for daily operational support
• Handle emails, reports, and scheduling tasks
• Support in preparing market reports, CMAs, and digital marketing activities
• Ensure smooth communication with clients and vendors
• Maintain organised records and ensure timely completion of tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently with initiative
• Confident in outbound communication and client interactions
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Experience in Real Estate, Admin, Virtual Assistant, or BPO roles preferred
• Comfortable using digital tools, CRMs, and property management platforms

Tools & Platforms (Preferred)

• VaultRE, NurtureCloud, Pricefinder, DocuSign
• CRM or database management systems
• Digital marketing and property listing platforms
