Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations & Production Manager, located in Mumbai. The Operations & Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, inventory and warehouse management, logistics management, sourcing, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, on ground event production coordination, ensuring quality control, and supervising staff. Additional tasks include maintaining inventory levels, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of all services.

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Knowledge of inventory management and budgeting
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities
• Experience in the floral or event decor industry is a plus
• Proficient in Excel
