This role ensures full adherence to applicable legal and regulatory frameworks, supports HR operational compliance, and oversees administrative functions critical to plant operations. The position plays a key role in maintaining a safe, ethical, and legally compliant workplace, while driving consistency in internal HR processes and fostering a culture of accountability and engagement
A meticulous and proactive professional with extensive experience in statutory compliance, labor laws, and factory administration. Demonstrates a deep understanding of PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Shops & Establishment Act, and Factories Act, coupled with hands-on experience managing licenses, audits, employee welfare programs, and safety compliance in industrial or manufacturing settings.
