Operations & Media Assistant


Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry & Administrative Support:

  • Accurately enter, organize, and maintain data within our CRM and project management systems. Ensure that client records, campaign metrics, and other critical information are updated and easily accessible.
  • Client Communication & Call Handling:

  • Be the first point of contact for clients via inbound calls and emails. Provide information on campaigns, respond to inquiries, and ensure high-quality customer service throughout interactions.
  • Brand Representation in Video Content:

  • Appear in videos for social media, client presentations, webinars, and internal updates. Help represent YouDot's brand with professionalism, energy, and creativity.
  • Social Media & Content Support:

  • Assist in creating engaging content for our digital channels. You may also help with live stream events, webinars, and interactive video content, aligning with YouDot's marketing initiatives.
  • Collaboration with Marketing Team:

  • Work alongside our digital marketing team to ensure campaign deadlines and targets are met. Provide administrative support where necessary, ensuring smooth execution of projects.
  • Multitasking & Organization:

  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, balancing administrative duties, client calls, and video responsibilities while staying organized and efficient.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera for video content and client communications.
  • Proficient in phone etiquette with strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • A basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms (preferred, but not required).


Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative, or marketing roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and project management platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Asana, Trello).
  • Experience with video creation, editing, or live-streaming is a plus.
  • Previous exposure to digital marketing or social media content is desirable.


Working Hours:

Full-time position: 8 hours per day, Monday to Saturday.

Salary Range:

₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month depending on experience.
