Job Description

As an Operations & Media Assistant at YouDot, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operations of the company while also enhancing client engagement and brand visibility. Your role will involve tasks such as data entry, managing client communications, and representing the company through video content. This position is perfect for someone proactive who excels in a fast-paced digital marketing setting and is comfortable with administrative responsibilities as well as being on camera. You will be responsible for accurately entering, organizing, and maintaining data in our CRM and project management systems. It will be essential for you to keep client records, campaign metrics, and other critical information updated and easily accessible. As the first point of contact for clients, you will handle inbound calls and emails, providing information on campaigns, addressing inquiries, and ensuring top-notch customer service throughout all interactions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to represent the company in various video formats, including social media, client presentations, webinars, and internal updates. Your presence in these videos should reflect professionalism, energy, and creativity, aligning with YouDot's brand image. In collaboration with the marketing team, you will work towards meeting campaign deadlines and targets. This will involve multitasking and organizational skills to manage various tasks simultaneously, including administrative duties, client calls, and video responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and comfort with appearing on camera for video content and client communications. Proficiency in phone etiquette, customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential. While a basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms is preferred, it is not required. Preferred qualifications for this position include previous experience in customer service, administrative, or marketing roles, familiarity with CRM tools and project management platforms such as HubSpot, Asana, or Trello, and experience with video creation, editing, or live-streaming. Exposure to digital marketing or social media content is also desirable. The working hours for this full-time position are 8 hours per day, Monday to Saturday, with a salary range of 10,000 - 15,000 per month depending on experience.
