Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations in production, dispatch, Sale, purchase and store management.
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and shift planning
  • Coordinate with purchase, sales, accounts, and housekeeping teams.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of bakery production for hot & cold sections
  • Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished goods
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
  • Handle vendor negotiations and client coordination
  • Maintain operational reports and documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in operations (FMCG/Bakery preferred)
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic ERP/Inventory systems
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
