Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end operations within the US Healthcare process to achieve business objectives.
Oversee daily team performance and ensure compliance with SLAs, quality, and productivity standards.
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Manage and mentor team leaders and associates to build high-performing teams.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Ensure adherence to compliance, data security, and organizational policies.
Provide strategic inputs, analyze key metrics, and present performance reports to senior management.
