Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Chimur. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of The Bamboo Forest Experience, including managing staff, ensuring visitor satisfaction, and maintaining the facilities. Responsibilities also include coordinating with different departments, implementing policies for efficient operations, and optimizing resources for smooth functioning. Qualifications Experience in Operations Management, Staff Management, and Resource Optimization Skills in Facility Management, Maintenance Oversight, and Customer Service Capability in Policy Implementation and Administrative Tasks Excellent Organizational and Leadership Skills Ability to work on-site in Chimur Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills Background in hospitality or eco-tourism is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field Show more Show less
