Operations Manager- Technical

As an Operations Manager- Technical at our company located in Gurugram, Udyog Vihar Phase 4, your role is crucial in leading our technical team. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing the technical operations, providing direction, guidance, and mentorship to team members. - Overseeing the planning, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems. - Developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and standards. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and implement technical projects. - Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and service level agreements (SLAs). - Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. - Developing and maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity plans. - Identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and process improvement. - Managing vendor relationships and contracts for IT products and services. - Serving as a technical escalation point for complex issues and incidents. - Staying current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in IT operations. Desired Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience. - Proven experience in technical operations management. - Strong technical background with hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, networking, and cloud computing. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Solid understanding of ITIL framework and practices. - Experience with project management methodologies and tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Knowledge of security best practices, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards. - Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator are a plus. Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
