Job Summary:

Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure that all performance KPIs and business targets are consistently achieved.
Monitor individual and team performance, analyze gaps, and implement effective strategies for improvement.
Develop and execute personalized performance improvement plans to help employees reach their full potential.
Foster a positive work environment by maintaining open communication, conducting regular check-ins, and encouraging professional growth.
Build trust and rapport with team members by actively engaging with them at their workstations and through one-on-one conversations.
Identify employee strengths and areas for improvement, and assign tasks that support their development.
Lead by example and promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to support training initiatives and staff development programs.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to upper management, along with data-driven recommendations.
Ensure adherence to company policies, operational standards, and quality assurance protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in an operations management or team leadership role, preferably in a performance-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Creative thinker with a proactive and strategic mindset.
Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities.
Ability to motivate and manage teams to achieve their highest potential.
Demonstrated ability to develop individuals and manage team dynamics.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and performance data.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
