Position: Operation Manager
Location: RS Puram, Coimbatore.

Timing: 10 am to 8 pm

Symphony Furnishings, a trusted name in home furnishings since 1998, is looking for an Operation Manager to join our dynamic team. We are proud to be a leading provider of premium home furnishing products in Coimbatore and Madurai.

Key Responsibilities

As our Operation Manager, you will:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Assist walk-in customers with product selection and provide expert recommendations.
• Offer product knowledge and interior furnishing advice.
• Maintain showroom standards and ensure visual appeal.
• Support and co-ordination with installation team.
• Address customer queries and complaints, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in showroom sales or interior furnishings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Knowledge in Zoho and Tally will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in local language (Tamil) and English.
• Willingness to travel to meet architects and clients.

Pay: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
