Operations Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day functioning of our manufacturing unit. The role demands strong leadership and coordination skills to oversee and manage all core departments including production, dispatch, purchase, warehouse, and technical/maintenance teams. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving operational efficiency, ensuring timely production and dispatch, maintaining inventory accuracy, and streamlining procurement processes. They must ensure the plant operates smoothly with minimal downtime while adhering to quality, hygiene, and safety standards. This role requires effective team handling, cross-functional communication, and a results-driven approach to improve productivity across departments. Prior experience in the FMCG or beverage sector, strong understanding of manufacturing processes, and familiarity with ERP systems are essential for this role.
