Operation Manager required for a 3 star Hotel at Mapusa , Goa
Work experience : Minimum 3 year experience as Operation Manager.
Job Responsibilities : To oversees daily operations, ensures guest satisfaction, manages staff and budgets, coordinates with department heads (Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance), maintains safety and cleanliness standards, and resolves guest issues to uphold service quality and efficiency. To perform Financial management, operational policy implementation, vendor coordination, staff training and motivation, and reporting to senior management .
