Operation Manager required for Pharma Company
Experience:
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Drive Continuous Improvement using CI/Lean/TPM methodologies
▪ Perform routine loss analysis & eliminate non-value-added activities
▪ Lead RCA for equipment failures & reduce downtime
▪ Maintain integrity of OEE metrics and performance reporting
▪ Conduct audits and enhance daily management systems
▪ Support regulatory compliance (GMP & Schedule M)
▪ Track and maintain OEE performance database and improvement reports
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
