Job Description

Title: Operations Manager

Location- Gurugram

Type- Full Time / On Site

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and drive growth.
Monitor performance via data analytics and report on operational health (KPIs, quality, timelines, budgets)
Handle process improvement, risk mitigation, and customer satisfaction
Manage daily operations to achieve targets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Oversee field operations, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
Develop and implement process management strategies to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and optimize processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business/operations; MBA is a plus.
3-5 years in operations/supply chain within healthcare, diagnostics, or epharmacy.
Strong problem-solving, data analysis (Excel, dashboards), and communication skills .
Proven leadership managing mid-size teams and delivering on metrics.
