Advising teams on legal and risk management issues. Mitigating legal and commercial risk by improving awareness and understanding of legal impacts affecting the business. Facilitating the effective handling of legal matters. Performing legal and factual research and reviewing and monitoring new or updated laws and regulations. Drafting legal documents including briefs, agreements, contracts and legal memoranda. Organising, analysing, cross-checking and validating information. Assisting with filing of court documents as well as general management of case files. Ideal Profile Focus on #CPM/#SLA, One to one Relation building, Good with Analytical skills/ MS Excel / Presentation skills Excellent verbal / written Communication skills Minimum 2 Years of On #paper experience as Operations Manager.
