Operations Manager (Legal Back Office)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for reviewing, advising, negotiating and drafting various commercial contracts. In addition, you will advise teams on legal and risk management issues, mitigate legal and commercial risks, facilitate the effective handling of legal matters, perform legal and factual research, draft legal documents, and assist with filing of court documents and general management of case files. Key Responsibilities: - Reviewing, advising, negotiating, and drafting various commercial contracts. - Advising teams on legal and risk management issues. - Mitigating legal and commercial risk by improving awareness and understanding of legal impacts affecting the business. - Facilitating the effective handling of legal matters. - Performing legal and factual research and reviewing and monitoring new or updated laws and regulations. - Drafting legal documents including briefs, agreements, contracts, and legal memoranda. - Organising, analysing, cross-checking, and validating information. - Assisting with filing of court documents as well as general management of case files. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of on-paper experience as an Operations Manager. - Legal back office experience is a must. - Minimum 100+ FTEs handling experience. - Willingness to work in a 24*7 working environment.
