Operations Manager/ KAM

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for various key aspects as outlined below: - Conduct risk assessments, SSI, toolbox talks, and training as per HSQE guidelines. Ensure timely incident and near-miss reporting. - Ensure all sites have valid Agreements/SOW/LOIs. Map SOW with manpower deployment and ensure timely renewals. - Ensure 100% KPI submission and maintain site scorecards above 80%. Take corrective actions where needed. - Monitor site budgets and take corrective actions to maintain profitability. - Coordinate with the resource team to fulfill manpower requirements as per contract. - Submit MMRs on time and identify areas for improvement and innovation. - Ensure grooming, punctuality, and integrity. Address employee concerns and maintain satisfaction. - Conduct regular client meetings, share MOMs, and close action points. - Ensure statutory compliance, conduct R&R, and deliver scheduled training. - Implement preventive measures for emergencies and ensure PPM and equipment health checks are done as per schedule.
